External telephone calls to the College are currently experiencing an intermittent issue where some calls receive a "number not recognised" message. Retrying the call repeatedly is the current workaround.
Our onsite systems have been tested and no faults found, so this has been reported to BT OpenReach to resolve as we suspect it is either a routing or line fault.
Outgoing calls are not impacted at this time.
We will provide further updates once we have more information.
